Delivery Time: All orders are usually processed and delivered within 7–10 business days.

Order Updates: You will receive timely email notifications with your tracking details once your order is shipped.

Delays: While we strive to ensure fast delivery, slight delays may occur due to courier or customs processes.

Non-Delivery: If your order hasn’t arrived within the specified time, please contact us at info@printbakeryco.com and we’ll assist you promptly.

Eligibility: Art prints and paintings can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original condition for a refund (excluding shipping costs).
Return Window: Returned artworks must be dispatched within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.
Condition of Returns: All returned items must be undamaged, in their original packaging, and include any protective wrapping or authenticity documentation.
Buyer Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Please contact us before sending any return; unauthorized returns may be declined.
Exclusions: Returns are not accepted for customized, made-to-order, or limited edition artworks.
Color Disclaimer: Please note that slight color variations may occur due to photography, lighting, or display screen settings. Each artwork retains its unique aesthetic value.
